01/The work

Platforms and disciplines
A

Search campaigns

Keyword research, match type strategy, and account structure that keeps intent separated instead of dumping everything into one ad group. Negative keyword lists are maintained continuously, because the fastest way to cut wasted spend is to stop paying for the wrong searches.

B

Display, YouTube & Meta

Audience-led campaigns for awareness and remarketing: Google Display, YouTube video, and Meta advertising across Facebook and Instagram. Creative and copy are written per placement, because a format that works in a feed rarely works in a banner.

C

Tracking & attribution

Conversion actions defined and verified, Google Tag Manager configured, and a UTM convention enforced across every campaign so channel reporting stays coherent. Automated bidding is only as good as the conversion signal underneath it.

D

Landing pages & testing

The ad is half the job. We build and test the page it points at, matching message to query, cutting friction from the form, and making the mobile experience fast. Because we build websites, the page and the campaign are not two vendors' problems.

03/How we work

Straight about the money

Paid media is the one service where the client's money is at risk every single day, so we run it with that in mind. Campaigns are built in your Google Ads and Meta accounts under your billing, with access you can revoke. The account, the history, and the machine learning that accumulates in it stay yours no matter what happens between us.

We prefer a flat management fee to a percentage of ad spend. Charging a percentage rewards an agency for spending more of your budget, which is precisely the wrong incentive when the job is to lower your cost per lead. That is a structural point, not a sales pitch, and it is worth asking any agency you talk to.

Before we recommend a budget, we look at what a click actually costs in your category and service area. If the math does not support a viable cost per lead at the budget you have, we will say so. A campaign too small to generate signal cannot be optimized, and running one anyway just spends the money slower.

Q/FAQ

Paid media
What is a realistic starting budget for Google Ads?

Enough to generate signal. A campaign that collects a handful of clicks a week cannot be optimized, because there is nothing to learn from. The right number depends on what a click costs in your category, which varies enormously: a competitive legal or medical term in Los Angeles can cost many times what a niche B2B term costs. We size the budget against your target cost per lead and tell you plainly if the math does not work at the budget you have in mind.

Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?

We prefer a flat management fee. A percentage of spend rewards an agency for spending more of your money, which is exactly the wrong incentive when the goal is a lower cost per lead. We will discuss the structure that fits your account, but you should understand why the default exists.

Who owns the ad account?

You do. Campaigns are built in your Google Ads and Meta accounts under your billing, and we work in them with access you can revoke. If we part ways, the account, the campaign history, and the learning stay with you. An agency that will only run ads inside its own account is holding your data, and that is worth refusing.

Can you audit an account someone else is running?

Yes. An audit covers account structure, keyword and match type strategy, search terms and negative keywords, conversion tracking accuracy, bidding, ad copy and extensions, landing page alignment, and geographic and schedule targeting. You get the findings whether or not you hire us to act on them.

Why does conversion tracking matter so much?

Because every automated bidding decision Google makes runs on it. If conversions are misfiring, double counting, or measuring page views instead of real leads, the platform optimizes toward the wrong outcome and spends your budget doing it confidently. Verifying tracking is the first thing we do on any account, before touching a bid.

Should we run ads and SEO at the same time?

Usually, yes. Ads give you presence immediately and produce clean data on which search terms actually convert. SEO turns those winners into positions you do not pay per click for. Running both means the content plan is informed by real conversion data rather than keyword volume estimates.
