We build responsive, fast, accessible websites for businesses across Southern California.
WordPress, Shopify, Optimizely, or hand-coded when a project calls for it. Design,
development, migration, QA, and launch come from one crew, so nothing gets lost
in a handoff between vendors.
Sitemap, wireframes, and responsive layouts built mobile-first, on a design system rather
than a pile of one-off pages. We design toward the action you want a visitor to take, then
remove everything standing between them and it.
B
Development & CMS
WordPress themes and plugins, Shopify storefronts, Optimizely templates, custom PHP, and
hand-coded HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Content models are built so your team can publish
without breaking the layout or calling a developer.
C
Hosting, DNS & infrastructure
Hosting selection and setup, DNS, SSL, CDN and caching, staging environments, automated
backups, and database maintenance. We run Cloudflare for DNS, caching, and edge delivery,
and we are comfortable in cPanel, FTP, and server-side performance tuning.
D
Migration & replatforming
Moving hosts, changing CMS, or rebuilding a dated site. Every existing URL is inventoried
and mapped to its new destination before launch, and the redirects are verified afterward,
so the rankings you already earned survive the move.

Training and documentation so your team can run the site
A post-launch check once real traffic is on the site
We are a good fit for a business that has outgrown its current site: the design no longer
matches the company, the CMS fights the people using it, or the site is slow, hard to edit,
and invisible in search. We are also a good fit for a first real site, where the goal is to
launch something credible and measurable rather than something enormous.
We are the wrong fit for a template-and-go project priced against a marketplace listing. Our
builds carry infrastructure, accessibility, measurement, and a redirect strategy, and that
work costs real hours. If a low-cost template is what the situation calls for, we will
tell you rather than sell you a build you do not need.
Based in Los Angeles. We work with businesses throughout Southern
California, in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, and Ventura
counties, and take on remote projects across the US.
Q/FAQ
Web design & development
Which platform should our website be built on?
It depends on who maintains the site after launch. WordPress suits teams that publish
often and want to edit without a developer. Shopify suits product catalogs and checkout.
Optimizely suits larger organizations with governance requirements. A hand-coded front end
suits a small, stable marketing site where speed and low maintenance matter more than a
content editor. We recommend the lightest platform that meets the requirement, and we will
say so if you do not need a CMS at all.
Can you rebuild or migrate an existing website?
Yes. Migrations are a large share of our work: moving hosts, replatforming a CMS, or
rebuilding a dated site without losing search rankings. The critical piece is the redirect
map. We inventory every existing URL, map it to its new destination, and verify the
redirects after launch so accumulated search equity carries over instead of turning into
404s.
How long does a website build take?
A focused marketing site typically runs four to eight weeks from kickoff to launch.
Ecommerce and larger content migrations take longer. The variable is rarely development,
it is content and approvals, so we set a content deadline in the blueprint stage and build
around it.
Do you handle hosting, DNS, and SSL?
Yes. We configure hosting, DNS, SSL certificates, CDN, staging environments, and
backups, and we can manage them ongoing or hand you the keys with documentation. We work
in Cloudflare daily for DNS, caching, and edge delivery.
Is accessibility included in a build?
Yes. Semantic markup, keyboard navigation, focus states, color contrast, and alt text
are part of the build rather than a later remediation project. Retrofitting accessibility
onto a finished site always costs more than building it in.
Who owns the website when it is done?
You do. The code, the content, the domain, and the hosting account are yours. We do not
hold a site hostage on our infrastructure, and we hand over credentials and documentation
at launch whether or not you keep us on for maintenance.
