How long does SEO take to show results?
Technical fixes can move things in weeks: indexing problems, broken redirects, and page
speed often show up quickly because you are removing an obstacle rather than building
authority. Competitive rankings take longer, usually three to six months of consistent
work. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is either targeting terms nobody searches
or planning something that will cost you a penalty later.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No, and no honest agency does. Google's ranking systems are not ours to control, and a
guarantee only tells you the terms were chosen to be easy. What we do commit to is a
documented technical baseline, a prioritized fix list, and reporting that shows movement in
impressions, clicks, and rankings for terms tied to your revenue.
What is local SEO and do we need it?
Local SEO is the work that gets you into map results and location-qualified searches. It
covers your Google Business Profile, consistent name, address, and phone data across
directories, location pages, local schema markup, and reviews. If customers find you by
searching a service plus a city, it is usually the highest-return SEO work available to
you.
Can you fix SEO on a site you did not build?
Yes, and most of our SEO work is on sites built by someone else. We audit what exists,
separate what is genuinely broken from what is merely unfashionable, and give you a
prioritized list. When a platform limitation makes a fix impossible, we say so rather than
billing hours against it.
Will a website redesign hurt our rankings?
It can, and it frequently does, because redirects get skipped. Every URL on the old site
needs to map to a destination on the new one, and that map has to be built before launch
and verified afterward. We handle redesigns and SEO together for exactly this reason: the
two decisions are not separable.
How does SEO fit with paid search?
They answer different questions. Paid search buys you immediate presence and clean data
about which terms convert. SEO turns the winners into positions you do not pay per click
for. Running them together means the ad data informs the content plan, which is faster than
guessing at either one alone.
